Financial Arrangements
Insurance information is required before surgery. All deductibles and co-pays will be the responsibility of the patient based on their personal insurance plan. Care Credit (r) is available for payment of the patient responsibility portion of the charges.
Prior to your surgery date, we will call you to verify your insurance coverage and discuss payment of deductibles and co-pays. Midtown Surgery Center is an approved provider most major insurance plans in the region.
Anesthesia, lab radiology (if applicable) and your physician's fee will be billed separately by the group covering your case. Midtown Surgery Center accepts cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
